From Amasra to Balat, a handmade Turkish delight tradition
SHEMS Special's story began 15 years ago in Amasra, at a small stall called "Amasra Lokumcusu." Growing through our traditional recipes and craftsmanship, we have today reached two stores in historic Balat, Istanbul.
We deliver our handmade Turkish delight, fruit teas and regional Turkish coffees in special vacuum packaging across Turkey and abroad, welcoming guests from all around the world. Today, roughly 80% of our orders come from abroad.
